Importing your loans

Move your portfolio over from Moneylender, NoteSmith, or a CSV.

Updated June 13, 2026

Switching from desktop software or a spreadsheet should be painless.

CSV import (coming soon)

The guided import wizard lets you upload a CSV export from Moneylender Pro, NoteSmith, or a generic spreadsheet. You'll pick your source, map columns (we auto-detect most), preview exactly what will be created, then import — loans, borrowers, and properties, with schedules re-projected by the engine.

PDF & ODT (coming soon)

For statements and schedules in PDF or ODT, NoteHarbor's AI extracts the loan details into reviewable rows so you confirm before anything is created.

In the meantime

You can add loans through Loans → New with full payment history; the penny-accurate engine re-projects every schedule from the real balance, and your audit trail starts immediately.

Have an export file ready? Send it to support and we'll map your exact format.
