The Rent-to-Own page: table & archive

Browse every lease-option, rent-to-own, and land contract in one table, and archive (or restore) agreements you're done with.

Updated June 27, 2026

The Rent-to-Own page (/agreements) is the home for your lease-options, rent-to-own deals, and land contracts before they become recorded notes.

The table

Each agreement is a row with: Kind, Address, Buyer, Purchase price, Rent/mo, accrued Credits, Financing (rate/term once converted), Status, and Expires (a countdown as the option deadline nears). Click an address to open that agreement's detail page.

Archive and restore

Done with an agreement? Archive it to keep the active list clean:

  1. On the Rent-to-Own page, tick the checkbox on the agreement(s) to archive.
  2. Click Archive in the bar that appears.

To bring one back, open the Archived agreements section at the bottom of the page and click Restore.

New to these deals? Start with Lease-options, rent-to-own & land contracts and Executing an option.
