Magic-link sign in
Borrowers sign in with a magic link sent to their email: no password to remember and nothing to install. They click the link in their inbox and land in their portal, authenticated.
What they see
Once in, a borrower can view:
- Their loan(s): every note you service for them, in one place.
- Balances: current principal, escrow, and payoff figures.
- Payment history: every recorded payment with how it was applied.
- Statements: their monthly statements, ready to open or download.
Coming: online payments
The portal is built to accept online payments so borrowers can pay you directly from their loan view (rolling out as a portal upgrade).
White-label
On white-label plans, each account owner's portal can be skinned to look like their own bank or servicing company (your name, your logo), so borrowers experience your brand, not ours.
The magic link is tied to the borrower's email, so only the real borrower can sign in.
