County auto-fill on a foreclosure case

Starting a foreclosure case fills in the county automatically from the property's tax record, so the jurisdiction is right.

When you start a foreclosure case, NoteHarbor fills in the county for you so the jurisdiction is right without re-typing it.

Where it shows

Open the loan and go to the Foreclosure tab.
On the Start Foreclosure Process card, the State is prefilled from the property, and the County appears beside it — pulled from the property's tax record.

This keeps the case tied to the correct county the moment you open it. Set or correct a property's county on its tax record, and foreclosure picks it up.
