Deep Analysis is the paid add-on ($10/mo). It's AI-powered document intelligence for heavy migrations, using Claude (Opus) to turn documents into structured data:
- AI PDF loan import — upload a loan PDF and Deep Analysis reads it into a reviewable import (you still preview and confirm before anything is created).
- County tax-record extraction — pull the annual tax amount, parcel/tax ID, legal description, and county/state from a county tax page for escrow.
What counts as an operation
An operation is one PDF import or one county tax-account scrape. Scraping is per tax account, so a property with several tax accounts uses one operation per account (e.g. scraping a property with 3 tax accounts = 3 operations). Each month your plan includes 25 operations; beyond that, additional operations bill at $0.75/operation. CSV import is always free and never counts — it uses no AI, so if you can export a CSV, prefer it.
Who can use it
Comped accounts and active free trials include it. Paid plans must add it from Settings → Billing; without it, PDF import and county scraping prompt to upgrade (free CSV import still works).
Billing
Deep Analysis overage is metered daily and added to your invoice as it accrues, so there's no month-end surprise. All AI runs on NoteHarbor's keys — you never bring your own.
