NoteHarbor's plans scale by team size. Here are the tiers and how seats work.
The tiers
- Solo — 1 user.
- Starter — 2 users (one full user plus one assistant login).
- Pro — 3 users.
- Business — 6 users.
- Enterprise — unlimited users.
See Settings → Billing for current prices and exactly what each tier includes. The Office workspace (Channels, Tasks, NotePad, Calendar) is included on every tier.
Add-on seats
Need more people on Pro or Business? Add extra seats for $12/seat per month — Pro starts at 3 base seats, Business at 6. On Solo or Starter, upgrade to Pro or Business to add seats.
The "Seats in use" counter
Both Settings → Team (/settings/team) and Settings → Billing (/settings/billing) show a Seats in use: X / Y counter, broken down as base seats plus any add-ons. To buy add-on seats (Pro/Business), open Settings → Billing → Team seats, set the number, and click Save seats.
Promoting a teammate to co-owner uses their existing seat — it doesn't add one. To bring people on, see Add a teammate.
