Note Bot (plain-English explanations, help-center search, and loan Q&A) is free on every plan — not an add-on. Beyond your plan, NoteHarbor has two optional add-ons you can switch on (and off) any time from Settings → Billing.
Deep Analysis — $10/mo
AI-powered document intelligence for heavy migrations: AI PDF loan import and county tax-record extraction, using Claude (Opus). Each month includes 25 operations — one operation = one PDF import or one county tax-account scrape (a property with several tax accounts uses one operation per account) — then $0.75/operation, metered daily. CSV import is always free and never metered — prefer it when you can export one. On a paid plan, click Add — $10/mo on the Deep Analysis card. RentHarbor (rentals) — $20/mo ($200/yr on annual plans)
Turns on the Rentals workspace: units, tenancies, rent ledgers, maintenance work orders, a renter portal, and rental reports — with each property's underlying loan debt shown alongside. Click Start Rentals on the Rentals card for a 14-day free trial, then $20/mo. If you're on a paid plan it's added to your subscription; on a trial it opens Stripe checkout. Remove it any time from the same card.
On an annual plan, RentHarbor is offered at $200/yr — the same 2-months-free rate as the tiers (see Plans, per-loan fees & white-label). On annual billing it bills the day you add it, prorated to your annual renewal — the 14-day free trial applies on monthly billing. Its per-unit overage still bills monthly at the regular rate.
How add-ons bill
- On a paid subscription, an add-on rides along on your existing invoice.
- Add-ons are capacity/feature unlocks, separate from your plan's per-loan and per-seat pricing.
- The annual discount never applies to Deep Analysis or team seats — they always bill monthly at full price on any term. RentHarbor is the one add-on with an annual rate, and only on annual plans. On an annual plan, adding seats or Deep Analysis goes through support (billing terms can't mix on one subscription) — the price is the same either way.
- Removing an add-on stops the recurring charge and turns the feature off; your data stays intact. On an annual plan, the unused add-on time comes back as account credit applied to your future invoices — never a cash refund.
