NotePad: quick notes & attachments

A scratchpad for quick notes — pin, share, and attach files. Opens as a full page, with a pop-out notes pane in the Workspace dock.

Updated July 2, 2026

NotePad is a quick scratchpad — for stray numbers, call notes, and to-dos that aren't full tasks yet.

Open it

Open NotePad from Office → NotePad; it lives at its own page (/office/notes). To jot something without leaving the page you're on, use the Workspace dock's Notes pane — it shares the same notes.

Attach files to a note

  1. Open or create a note.
  2. Click the paperclip in the note.
  3. Pick a file from your computer — it uploads and attaches to that note.

Each note can also be pinned, shared with teammates, or deleted from the same toolbar.
