- What does NoteHarbor cost?
- Plans run from $40/mo (Solo, 10 loans) to $229/mo (Business, 150 loans), priced by how many loans you service rather than by locking core servicing behind an upgrade. Escrow analysis, the borrower portal, statements, reports, and the Office workspace are included on every tier, including the smallest one. Every self-serve plan starts with a 30-day free trial and no card required.
- What happens if I go over my plan's loan limit?
- Nothing blocks you — you are never stopped from adding a loan you already hold. Each loan past your plan's included count bills a small monthly servicing fee that FALLS as the plan grows: $2.90/loan/mo on Solo down to $2.20/loan/mo on Business. Most note holders fold that fee into the borrower's own monthly servicing charge, which nets it to zero.
- Can I pay annually?
- Yes. Every capacity tier can bill monthly or annually; the annual price is 10 months of the monthly price — 2 months free. The discount applies to the tier itself only: team seats, Deep Analysis, and metered overages (per-loan, storage, RentHarbor units) always bill monthly at full price regardless of your plan's term.
- What do the add-ons cost?
- Deep Analysis (AI PDF loan import + county tax-record extraction) is $10/mo with 25 operations included, then $0.75/operation. RentHarbor (rental & property management) is $20/mo with 20 rental units included, then $1.50/unit/mo. Extra team seats are $12/seat/mo on Pro and Business. None of these are required to use the core servicing on any plan.
- What happens if I go over my storage allowance?
- Each plan includes a document storage allowance (5 GB on Solo up to 200 GB on Business). Usage above that allowance bills at $0.75/GB/mo — there is no hard cap and nothing is deleted or blocked.
- Is there a free trial, and do I need a credit card?
- Yes. Every self-serve tier (Solo, Starter, Pro, Business) offers a 30-day free trial of the full product, no card required, so you can import your loan book before deciding. Enterprise is priced by conversation instead — talk to sales.
- What is Enterprise, and how is it priced?
- Enterprise is for books past Business's capacity: unlimited loans and users, custom-branded documents, custom contracts, an SLA, and a dedicated account manager. It's priced per conversation rather than self-serve — contact sales with your loan count and team size.
