Collapse and expand
- Find the Collapse sidebar button at the top of the sidebar.
- Click it — the sidebar shrinks to icons only, hiding the labels.
- To bring the labels back, click the Expand sidebar button (just below the logo).
It remembers your choice
Your collapsed-or-expanded preference is saved in your browser, so the sidebar stays the way you left it on your next visit. Hovering an icon still tells you what it is, and the Office menu and notification bell keep working from the collapsed rail.
