When you create your company — right after you sign up — you confirm the agreements that govern your use of NoteHarbor.
What you agree to
A single required checkbox covers:
- Terms of Service
- End User License Agreement (EULA)
- Privacy Policy
- Electronic communications consent (E-SIGN) — your OK to receive account and legal notices electronically.
Each one links to its full text, which you can open and read in a new tab before you agree. You can't finish creating your company until this box is checked.
Marketing emails are optional
A separate, unchecked box lets you opt in to product updates and occasional marketing emails. It's entirely optional, never pre-checked, and has no effect on your account if you leave it unchecked.
Reviewing or changing your consents
Go to Settings → Your agreements to see exactly what you accepted, which version, and when. From the same place you can turn marketing emails on or off at any time — the change takes effect immediately. You can read any document anytime at the legal center.
