Every record list in NoteHarbor — Loans (/loans), Borrowers (/borrowers), Lenders (/lenders), Lienholders (/owners), and Properties (/properties) — shares the same set of tools for finding and tidying records.
Search, sort & filter
- Search — type in the search box to match by name, address, email, phone, or loan number.
- Sort — order the list (e.g. name A–Z, balance high→low) from the sort dropdown. On Loans, click the Loan # column header to sort.
- Filter — narrow by status, type, or other attributes from the filter dropdown.
Select and bulk-delete
- Tick the checkbox on each row you want — or the select-all checkbox in the header.
- A bar appears showing how many are selected.
- Click Delete and confirm.
Deletions are recorded in your audit trail. Deleting Properties or Lienholders asks for a short typed reason, and deleting Lienholders warns you first if any are still attached to loans.
Bulk delete is an Owner/Admin action — it's permanent, so the confirm step is there on purpose.
