When you need a hand, NoteHarbor gives you a few ways to get one — fastest first.
Start with self-serve
- Search the help center (this site) — most how-tos are a keyword away.
- Ask Note Bot — the in-app sparkle button explains errors and answers product and loan questions in plain English (free on every plan).
Open a support request
For anything the guides and Note Bot don't resolve, open a ticket from inside your account at Support (/support-requests):
- Click Open a support request.
- Pick a Type — Question, Bug, Feature, Design, Billing, or Other.
- Add a short Subject and the Details (what you were doing, what you expected, what happened).
- Set a Priority and click Submit request.
We reply by email and in your account, so you can follow the whole conversation in one thread.
Track your requests
Your open and past requests are listed on the same Support page, each with a status (like Open, Waiting on us, or Resolved). Owners and Admins can see every request from the organization; everyone else sees the ones they opened.
A "Still need help? Open a ticket" link also sits at the bottom of the help center's Ask a question box. You can request features here too — the most-requested ideas get built first.
