How a brand-new user creates their own NoteHarbor company and begins a 14-day free trial.

Updated August 30, 2026

This is for starting your own NoteHarbor account: your own company and data, separate from anyone else's. (If instead you were invited to join someone else's account, just open the invite email they sent you and follow the link.)

1. Create your account

Go to usenoteharbor.com and click Start free trial. Enter your email and choose a password.

2. Create your company

You'll land on a Create your company screen. Type your company or business name and continue. This sets up your private workspace.

3. You're in

You now have a 14-day free trial with a blank loan book, and no credit card is needed to begin. From here you can:

  • Add your first loan, or import up to 10 loans at once from the Import page (choosing a plan later lifts that limit).
  • Invite your team under Settings → Team.

Your trial includes every servicing feature, not a stripped-down demo. Load a real portfolio and see it work before you pay.
