NoteHarbor lets you tag the bank account behind your money movement, so collections and payouts reconcile cleanly. The same searchable account picker turns up wherever it's useful.
Recording a payment
When you Record Payment, use Deposited to (bank account) to tag where the funds landed — so collections reconcile by account. The tag shows on each payment row (e.g. → Chase ••1234).
On a lender or a lienholder
Edit a Lender (/lenders) or a Lienholder (/owners) and pick the bank account you remit from in the account dropdown — so the right account rides along on every payout.
A loan's escrow account
On a loan's Escrow tab you can tag which bank account holds that loan's escrow reserves.
Adding an account inline
Anywhere the picker appears, search your saved accounts or choose + Add account (also shown as + Add new account) to add one on the spot — enter the bank name, an optional last 4, and an optional label (e.g. "Operating", "Escrow").
Only the bank name + last 4 are stored (e.g. "Bank of America ••1234", "QuickBooks") — never a full account number.
