Click any loan to open its detail page — the single place you service that note. Here's how it's laid out.
The summary stats
Across the top, live stats read fresh on every visit: Current Balance, Currently Due, Regular Payment, Next Payment, and Payments Remaining. Because a loan's escrow is part of its regular payment, changing escrow flows straight into these numbers (see Round Up payments & the live loan summary). The header also carries Statements & receipts, Modify Loan, Edit loan, and the Loan Notes pop-out.
The tab bar
The main tabs walk the loan's whole life:
- Overview — parties, the property, the Late Charges card, and at-a-glance status.
- Schedule — the live and contractual amortization schedules with totals.
- Payments — every recorded payment, color-coded, each with a "how it was applied" explainer.
- Fees & Suspense — every late charge and the suspense balance.
- Escrow — the RESPA analysis, charges & distributions, and tax pay history.
- Tax Tracking (beta) — the installment-sale worksheet and wrap links.
- Foreclosure — the case timeline, if you've started one.
- Bankruptcy — track a borrower's bankruptcy filing (chapter, case number, key dates) so a loan in bankruptcy is flagged and its dates land on the Calendar.
The Records dropdown
Record-keeping surfaces live in one right-aligned Records menu on the tab bar, each with a live count:
- Docs — the loan's uploaded documents.
- Notes — the per-loan notes with edit history.
- Audit Log — every change to the loan (Owner/Admin only, so it's hidden for other roles). See Viewing the audit trail.
Picking an item just switches the loan to that view.
The Loan Notes pop-out
Click Loan Notes in the header and a panel slides out from the right so you can read and add notes from any tab without leaving the loan. It's the same notes surface as the Records → Notes tab (composer, list, and edit history), so anything you add shows up in both places. Close it with the X or Escape — dismissing it never forces a decision.
Which tabs and actions you see depends on your role; some record-keeping and destructive actions are Owner/Admin only.
